How We Print and Ship
Every LISTENTEE shirt is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. When you place an order, our fulfillment partners (Printful or Printify) print your design fresh, then pack it and hand it to the carrier. This made-on-demand approach cuts down on waste and keeps our catalog wide, but it does mean there is a short production window before your tee starts its trip to your door.
Production Time
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include US holidays. During busy stretches like the winter gift season or a new design drop, production can take a little longer. We will always email you the moment your order moves from printing to shipped, so you are never left guessing.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, US domestic delivery usually lands within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days, though customs in some countries can add time we cannot control. Add the production window to the shipping window for a realistic total. Carriers can hit weather delays or backlogs, so treat these numbers as solid estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of items in your cart. You will see the exact amount before you pay, with no surprise fees added later. From time to time we run free shipping promotions on orders over a set amount, and when we do, the offer details show up right in your cart.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
As soon as your package ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it from the print shop to your mailbox. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Our partners print exactly what you enter. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, which may carry an additional shipping charge.
