Secure by Design
Your security at checkout is non-negotiable. LISTENTEE processes every payment exclusively through Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted names in the business. Your full card number is entered directly into their secure, encrypted systems and is never stored on our servers. That means we get the green light to make your shirt without ever handling your raw card data. This page explains how billing works at our shop. It is a description of our practices, not financial or legal advice.
Accepted Payment Methods
Through Stripe, you can pay with major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus supported wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. You can also choose PayPal to check out with your PayPal balance or a linked funding source. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or payment methods outside of Stripe and PayPal. If a payment is declined, your bank or PayPal is the best first stop, and our team at [email protected] is happy to help you sort it out.
Currency, Taxes, and Charges
All prices on our site are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown before you confirm your order. The total you approve at checkout is the total you pay, with no surprise fees from us. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may add a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is set by them and not by us. Your bank statement will show a charge from LISTENTEE or our processor.
When You Are Charged
We charge your selected payment method at the time you place the order, since each shirt is printed to order through Printful or Printify and production begins shortly after. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, for example an item is unavailable or an order is flagged as fraudulent, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
Disputes, Refunds, and Support
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact [email protected] before opening a payment dispute so we can make it right quickly with a reprint or refund. Filing a chargeback for an issue we could have solved directly slows everyone down. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
