Returns and Refunds Policy

Made to Order, Handled With Care

Because every LISTENTEE tee is printed just for you, we do not keep blank inventory to swap out, so our policy works a little differently from a big box retailer. That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of what we sell. If your shirt shows up flawed, damaged, or simply not what you ordered, we will make it right. Your satisfaction with the product itself is something we take seriously.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, a manufacturing flaw, damage from shipping, or the wrong item entirely, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the shipping label. Once we confirm the problem with our fulfillment partner, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to pay for our mistake.

Sizing and Buyer Remorse

Since these shirts are custom printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns for the wrong size, a change of heart, or an ordering mistake on the customer side. Please check the size chart on each product page before you buy. If you are between sizes or unsure about fit, email us first and we will happily talk you through it. A quick question before checkout saves everyone a headache.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processors, Stripe or PayPal. We only use these official, secure processors and never store your full card details ourselves. Once a refund is issued on our end, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. We will email you confirmation the moment the refund is sent.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as fast as you can at [email protected]. Because production starts quickly, we can usually only cancel or change an order before it enters printing. Once a shirt is in production we cannot pull it back, since it has already been custom made for you. We will always check with our fulfillment partner and let you know honestly where your order stands.
