DMCA and Copyright Policy
Our Commitment to Original Work
LISTENTEE is built on original artwork. We design and curate our own graphic tees and have zero interest in using anyone else's protected material. We take copyright seriously, both ours and yours. If you believe content on our site infringes a copyright you own or control, we want to hear about it and will respond promptly under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This page explains how to send us a takedown notice and, if you are on the other side, how to file a counter-notice. It is a process overview, not legal advice.
How to File a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Notice. Please include: your physical or electronic signature, a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed, the exact URL or product page where the material appears, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Incomplete notices may slow our response.
What Happens Next
When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may notify the person who posted or supplied the content so they have a chance to respond. We aim to act in good faith and within a reasonable time. Because our products are made and shipped through Printful or Printify, removing a listing also stops any further production of the item tied to that design.
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. Include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal court. We may restore the material in line with the DMCA's timelines unless the original complainant pursues a court order first.
Repeat Infringers and Contact
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate the accounts or access of anyone who is found to be a repeat infringer. Filing a false or bad-faith notice or counter-notice can carry legal consequences, so please be accurate. Our designated contact for all copyright matters is [Company Legal Name], care of [email protected], [Mailing Address]. When in doubt, reach out and we will work with you to sort it out fairly.
