Are your designs original?
Yes, one hundred percent. Every graphic in the LISTENTEE catalog is created in house and printed only for our store. We do not use licensed characters, brand logos, sports teams, or anyone else's artwork. What you wear from us is genuinely ours, drawn up to make people smile, do a double take, or quietly nod in agreement. Original is the whole point.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has a size chart with measurements, so check that before you order. Our tees generally run true to a classic unisex fit. If you like a roomier look, size up. If you are stuck between two sizes or shopping for a gift, send us a note at [email protected] and we will help you choose with confidence. We would rather get it right the first time.
How long until my shirt arrives?
Your tee is printed to order, so plan for a short production window of about 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping. US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that, and international orders run longer. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. What if my order is wrong or damaged?
We will fix it. If your shirt shows up defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a couple of photos. Once confirmed, we send a free replacement or a full refund. Sizing changes and buyer remorse are trickier with custom printing, so check the size chart first. Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments run through Stripe or PayPal, two of the most trusted processors out there. We never see or store your full card number. When you check out, your sensitive details are handled directly by those secure systems, not by us. Shop with peace of mind knowing your money and your data are in well guarded hands.
